In Points of Leadership, we will work using the powerful tools of inspiration, learning and development created by Points of You® (The Coaching Game, Punctum and Faces) applied to leadership. In addition to having the virtual participation of Yaron Golan one of its creators, we will have a team of international facilitators who will take us to experience various activites and methodologies that facilitate meaningful conversations in the organizational environment.

Points of Leadership, brings Daniel Taroppio, as a special guest and keynote speaker.  Daniel is the founder and director of the School of Transpersonal Integral Psychology, present in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Spain. Daniel is the creator of a transformational learning model called "Primordial Interactions" which integrates innovative approaches to psychology, philosophy and movement. The Primal Dance is one of its main contributions and it is a deep experience of self-exploration destined to awaken and harmonize our healing and creative energies from a cellular level to the total transcendence of Being and Being in the world.

In Points of Leadership we will also have the opportunity to meet and discuss one of the most provocative contemporary approaches to the role of organizations in the expansion of consciousness and personal transformation. Raúl Pacheco, international consultant and member of Axialent management team in Chile and the Center for Creative Leadership of the USA, will share the vision of Raj Sisodia and Fredy Kofman, around the Conscious Business model and the evolutionary step of the organizations to a new level of commitment and integral development.

Ricardo Jiménez, Director and CEO of Synchronicity, will share with us the philosophy of Energy Leadership. Discovered and developed by iPEC founder, Bruce D Schneider, this philosophy is based on more than 10,000 hours of research and application over the course of 30 years. This interdisciplinary process has its roots in psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mentoring, consulting, quantum physics, metaphysics, adult and accelerated learning theories, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and theories of conscious evolution. Ricardo uses Energy Leadership and other scientific approaches, such as the HeartMath Resilience building programs, in Fortune 500 companies to create high-performance and emotionally committed executives, teams and organizations.

We believe that the time has come for the emergence of a new type of leadership, a new way of leading today's organizations focused on the creation of value for all, in the deepest communion with the planet and connected with a higher purpose.
