POINTS OF LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
On the first day we will pause, empathize and define. We will share our different perspectives about the challenges we are facing as leaders in today’s world. We will gain understanding of our reality, our needs and opportunities from different perspectives.
On the second day we will ideate and explore many different approaches to leadership in order to expand our point of view. We will learn about integral leadership, conscious leadership, energy leadership, and will generate ideas and creative solutions to the challenges identified on the first day.
On the third day we will focus on the insights that are relevant to us and will build a representation of the new ideas in a prototype.
You will leave Points of Leadership ready to start doing and implementing, ready to test, prove and improve.

This interdisciplinary process has its roots in psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mentoring, consulting, quantum physics, metaphysics, adult and accelerated learning theories, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and theories of conscious evolution. Ricardo uses Energy Leadership and other scientific approaches, such as the HeartMath Resilience building programs, in Fortune 500 companies to create high-performance and emotionally committed executives, teams and organizations.
